A short sale is a difficult and mind numbing process to go through. I had no idea who to call with the bank and what steps to take. I contacted Trina and the Solid Rock Realty Team, within a few weeks she had arranged for a lender approved short sale with my bank. Trina and her staff handled all the details and took all of the stress of the situation off of me and put my mind at ease. Trina found an approved buyer and guided all of us through the short sale process. The banks have professionals working on their behalf - and with Trina and her staff handling my short sale I had a professional on my side as well. I wanted to take a moment to thank you for all the hard work you put in finalizing/closing the short sale on my home. I was sadden to leave my first home of 6 years & am grateful for the open communication through the process. You always returned my calls, answered my questions and set my expectations. I'm sure there were days I tested your patience since I was going through my first pregnancy & had raging hormones at the time :) (sorry) You were always kind to me & I remember you telling me all the time to "take care of you & the baby the rest will fall into place." Trina was absolutely incredible in the handling of our short sale.  Forced to move out-of-state, we were terrified at the thought of trying to sell our home remotely but her professionalism, positive attitude and perseverance saw us through.  After two failed short sale attempts with a different negotiator, Trina took the reins and closed the deal on our home.  Closing a short sale can be a long and stressful process but Trina´s attitude never wavered.  She was always positive and upbeat throughout the whole process which really helped us get through it all.  She always went above and beyond to be there for us and we feel blessed to have had her on our side.  I firmly believe that our house would not have sold without her diligence and hard work.  The only problem I have with her is that she won´t be able to help us buy our next home!  Trina was amazing for us and in my eyes is second to none!
